About This Project
The Public Affairs Research Council (PAR) is a private, nonprofit research organization, supported through the tax-deductible membership contributions of Louisiana citizens who want better government. Every year, PAR publishes a review of proposed amendments to the Louisiana constitution, which is freely available to the public. In addition to keeping citizens informed, PAR also provides resources to help citizens make their voices heard to legislators and other public officials.
